Vintage New Year Porcelain Figurine

Vintage blonde hair boy playing a horn to ring in the new year. Unmarked Porcelain Japan; this could possibly be Lefton but unsure.
This beautiful piece is gilded, hand painted, and have sugar like embellishments accenting the tree and limbs. A single pink flower stands out to add a bit of detail to this. Gold accents are found on wings, cuffs and gown.
Measures- 4” H x 3” W
The horn does have a very small chip on edge of horn but is hard to notice unless looking for it.
