Vintage Amber Lucite Acrylic Celluloid Brooch Grapes Vine Leaves Russian Pin

I was an exchange student for a year in Moscow, Russia (1991-1992). This was the 1st year they allowed high school students to stay an entire year with the American Field Service Program (AFS). I traveled around what started as the Soviet Union and ended as something completely different when I left.
This is a brooch pin that I was given by a friend in Russia (they knew I had a thing for grapes). I can't really place it. It may be lucite or acrylic grapes with celluloid leaves. A very circa 1930's feel. It is unsigned/unmarked gold tone metal. I don't even know where it may have been made (Russia?)
I was going through a box of mementos from 32 years ago and this was in that box. I thought it a shame that it just sits in a box, so here it is for a collector to enjoy.
It is appropriately 3.23" tall and almost 1 &7/8" wide. Of note & pictured, there is a chip behind two of the leaf points. They are intact, but I wanted to be sure to mention it. Sold as is pictured. No returns. Thanks!
