[Extremely Rare Disney On Ice Limited Edition]
This is a Monsters, Inc. character helmet from Disney Pixar.
It was part of the 20th anniversary of the Disney On Ice Japan tour in 2005 (Japan's first performance was in 1986, Happy Birthday Donald), and since then, Monsters, Inc. has not appeared in the Disney On Ice program, making this a hard-to-find item.
