Vintage Hand-painted Handmade copper lustreware style pitcher. hand-painted enamel floral decoration. This type of pottery was popular in England during the Victorian era, specifically from the mid-19th century onwards.
Earthenware or ceramic body with a metallic copper overglaze finish (lustreware) Features raised relief (embossed) designs of a pink rose, green leaves, and yellow berries, which are then hand-painted with enamel pigments. Often associated with Staffordshire potteries in England, where large quantities of this ware were produced. Most likely dates to the Victorian period, circa 1850s to the late 19th century. Great condition no chips cracks or breaks. The only flaws found were paint splatters. No makers mark found still a beautiful piece.
