This set was my grandmother's (b. 1880- d. 1960). It's so delicate and beautiful. This would be from the early 1900s.
Pitcher and matching plate.
This set of pottery from the "Chinese Rose" pattern by Old Foley, a brand of James Kent Ltd. The company produced earthenware and porcelain in Stoke-on-Trent, England, from 1897 until it was purchased by a German company in 1981. The "Chinese Rose" pattern was manufactured from the company's founding until it went out of business in 1989.
The "Chinese Rose" pattern features a pink floral motif with birds on a swirl-edged plate.
