An antique Limoges B & C France compote footed pedestal bowl and a D & C L. Bernardaud & Co. France ivy patterned shallow dish or bowl. Both marked to underside.
The compote bowl features delicate hand painted yellow roses with gold leaf applied to the top edge and foot. Would make a pretty vanity display piece. The shallow white bowl has sprays of ivy leaves.
Compote bowl measures 6” diameter x 3 1/2” tall
Shallow ivy bowl measures 7 1/4” diameter x 1 1/2” tall
No chips or cracks to compote but it shows wear on the gold leaf edging and glaze in some areas.
Small chip to underside of ivy bowl.
