Incredible Gold Early 1960s Vintage long Strapless Gown with Leaf Structure 10 12

This is stunning. I have had it cleaned twice and never worn it. Waist is 28 inches and that has not been me for two decades. It belonged to an opera singer. I'm also a singer so I ended up with it. It's like something one would see at a film premiere in 1962, worn by the leading lady. It says Roter of London and the label is Capriccio. There are some foxing marks and I have tried to photograph as best as I can. A few on the underdress which obviously one wouldn't see. Thoroughly boned structure, and also, I would say it's a tulip shape because the hips go out to something like 64 inches around (not in the lining, which is narrower), but it's weighty so it drapes. Its gold elements glisten! lining is acetate, and main material acetate, nylon and lurex. 44 inches from waist to hem, 17 inches from edge to edge of top of bodice, laid flat.
